The family-run company opened its doors on September 10, 1983, in Montecosaro, once the business started to grow up they moved to Morrovalle where the factory could expand itself. "There are so many memories; back then, people started a business not for money but for the desire to work independently. We only thought about working properly and honestly," said Bimar's owner. "My father Attilio taught me that I could do anything, but I had to put in all the effort and determination possible."

From artisanal skill and craftsmanship to product industrialization, the founder of Bimar reveals the secret to success: "I am a lover of machinery and innovation. My curiosity drove me to wonder how a finished product could emerge. I wanted to know where to start and understand all the steps to complete the production, always with great passion. I decided right away that I would handle the complete processing of every type of shoe while ensuring high quality. The early days were tough; days and nights blurred together, but the desire to move forward was strong. I was even offered a position as a manager elsewhere, but I wanted to stay here in my area; I was satisfied like that."

The company has had many prestigious collaborations for third-party shoe production, but the cornerstone of the business has always been the family and collaborators. "My wife Loretta's support and encouragement have been fundamental, and my brother-in-law, production manager Rinaldo, who has supported and followed me through all the processes, has also been crucial." the owner shared. "However, my greatest satisfaction came when my daughter Marzia chose to join me in managing the company about 16 years ago. She grew up in this company, absorbing the spirit of sacrifice, determination, and dedication that the business requires. Our employees have always been like family to us, and we have tried to make them feel that way."

Today, Bimar oversees all phases of production: from design, prototyping, and material sourcing for some clients to industrialization, production, and logistics, collaborating with high-level brands. The company has grown by focusing on product quality and making artisanal excellence its mission, ready to face new challenges and projects with enthusiasm.
